Singapore Employment Pass is a permit for foreign entrepreneurs and investors who want to operate a business in the country. This visa is also required to foreign professionals, supervisors, and high-ranking employees who want to work and relocate in the country.

According to business solutions provider AsiaBiz Services, this pass is applicable to foreign entrepreneurs and professionals who have a college degree or diploma from a reputable university.

The country’s tourist arrivals have posted a 26.7 percent growth in June, the seventh consecutive month of record-high foreign influx.

According to a government report, the city-state has attracted more than 950,000 foreign tourists in June alone, resulting to a 5 percent retail sales growth during this month and nearly 18 percent economic growth in the first half of the year.

Meanwhile, the government said the top five visitor-generating markets were Indonesia with 214,000, Malaysia with 93,000, India with 83,000, Australia with 75,000, and China with 69,000 visitors.
